Phyllis Manguluti is the Managing Director of Optimus Office Solutions that offers 24 years of continued and combined experience with success in the areas of planning, executing and negotiating at various Organizational levels. Has 10 years’ experience of board leadership; including providing oversight to sub-committees. Currently, sits on the boards of Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority (MERA) as Vice Board Chairperson, Universal Service Fund (USF), Habitat for Humanity International-Malawi, Girls Youth Foundation for Africa and Apple of His Eye Africa. Was also once on the boards of Old Mutual TNM Pension Fund and Green Energy. A Master of Business Administration, an Electrical and Electronic Engineer, an awardee from STEM in the field of science, a motivational speaker and inspiring leader.
Has vast experience in the Telecommunication Industry where she worked as Chief Customer Officer (CCO), Chief Operations Officer (COO), Chief Channels Officer (CCO), Managing Executive (ME) for Operations, Managing Executive (ME) for Customer Services, Head of Network Management Centre where she played an instrumental role in setting up the TNM’s Network Management system using an integrated solution and RAN Regional Technical Manager. On the international scene, she was the first woman Consultant to have successfully led a telecommunication engineering project in MTN Yemen.

Grace Chipofya is a dynamic and results-driven leader with a track record of spearheading operational excellence and strategic growth within the organization. With a profound commitment to driving efficiency, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional results, Grace plays a pivotal role in realizing the company's mission and vision. With over 20 years’ experience in the Telecommunication Sector Grace brings with her a wealth of attributes including outstanding communication and negotiation skills. She has wide experience in customer services, developing and implementing training strategies for groups and individuals, with special emphasis in customer services and people management. Prior to this position Grace worked with TNM as Call Center Operations Manager and was instrumental in the implementation of call center as a service, the first and only solution of its kind in Malawi, and the subsequent on-boarding of over 10 clients.
Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College and an advanced Diploma in Business Administration awarded by the Association of Business Executives – UK. She is currently pursuing an MBA with the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute. As the Operations Director, she is responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day management of Optimus Office Solution’s operational activities. She collaborates closely with the executive team and functional leaders to align operations with the company's strategic objectives.

Michael Mayamiko Maseko is a dedicated and accomplished IT/Telecoms Engineer with over 15 years of experience supporting and leading technical teams while driving innovation. Michael heads the Technical team at Optimus Office Solutions as Director – Technical Services. Adept at aligning technology strategies with business goals, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of practical and deliverable technical projects.
Michael has a Strong background in Open Source Technology i.e. Linux Operating System(s), Automation and bash scripting, Relational Databases, Programming concepts, Firewalls, VoIP and Computer Networking among the key core elements with Proficiency in technologies, tools, and methodologies, i.e., Agile, Scrum, DevOps, cloud computing coupled with excellent communication skills, with a knack for translating technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Key Accomplishments over the years will include being the technical lead on the TNM Ltd Roaming project that migrated services to the cloud through a data cdr clearing hub decades back before cloud computing was adopted as a standard. A technical key role would follow in migrating TNMs traditional PBX Call Centre into a modern IP based PBX, which he ably supported for many years before taking different challenges in Cape Town, South Africa with Clarotech Ltd and Logicalis SA where he supported custom and complex Call Centre Solutions and VoIP based Solutions, alternating roles between Support Engineer and Project lead Engineer, a new role in Malawi would follow as the Managing Partner – Technical at VoIP Solutions where he drove the innovation around a Client Customer Relationship innovation Pilot Solution at Soche Police and deploy a modern Call Centre for CHREAA
Over the years Michael has qualified on Redhat Linux, COMPTIA, LPI-C Linux certifications and ITIL Certification, DCAA Asterisk and attended numerous technical skill equipping training(s) in the It and Telecoms sector and he is back by a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Business Information Technology, University Of Greenwich, NCC International Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies - UK and NCC International Diploma in Computer Studies – UK
As the Technical Director, he is responsible for overseeing and directing the technical aspects of Optimus’ operations, strategy formulation, operation and Innovations that are relevant to the market
